We had a steer tire blow out on our way home to Texas. Thankfully Blatt & Tillett had the right size tires to replace both steer tires. Todd and Lynden were professional and did a great job replacing both. My rv steps were damaged by the blowout and Todd even helped me get them secured. Thanks much for getting us on the road again!

I was down with a bad starter. Went to Blatt and they ordered the part and installed it the same day. Basically a 4 hr turnaround. Rick was the mechanic who did a great job. They also re-coupled my trailer and had it ready to go. Blatt also provided me with a loaner car. Highly recommend Blatt.

I came here for a major breakdown on my truck. The repair required 2 days of waiting for me. Never before have I had to deal with such a professional and human team.From the first minute to the last, they were there for me as much as for my truck. We needed roadside assistance with our horse trailer on highway 81 near Carlisle, PA We called US RIDER and they sent us Todd with a pickup truck to haul our trailer to our destination and Cleason with a towing to take our pickup to a garage! I can’t express enough how awesome this shop is. Turned a bad weekend of camping into an awesome one. Tire came off the studs on 81, road side assistance in less then 30 minutes and repaired the following day for us to pick up.

I had to get towed after my tractor trailer got hit by another truck. (Five trucks were involved in this accident.) These guys got out there and got right to work. They got us towed, did the load transfer on another truck, and did the Highway cleanup. They had their work cut out for them, and they did an outstanding job and did a professional job. They stayed in contact with me and advised me what we should do about getting the truck inspected before driving it again.

We are traveling cross country in a motorhome…day 8, a Sunday, the electric door step extends as usual when opening the door. When door closed, the step didn’t retract…tried all amateur remedies and no movement, and cannot drive with step extended.B&T confirmed the Monday 9am appt on Sunday night and Rich arrived at 9am!Rich quickly and accurately diagnosed the situation, made temporary adjustments to close step and prepare as safe to travel to repair shop.This was with outstanding courtesy, compassion for our frustration and the best possible solution…back on the road!Thank you Rich, Andy, and B&T!

Rich one of their service technicians got to my location within twenty minutes of the phone call. I was told an hour to an hour and a half and I was in a bad spot on the interstate . Instead of stopping in between his last job and taken a break, he got me off the side of the road within a half hour. Great job, great service highly recommended.
